2nd option: Park your real estate licence and pay No Real Estate Board Fees, No OREA Fees & No CREA fees.
Parking your licence with us could allow you to earn a 55% split if Ontario One Realty Ltd is looking after the client for you.
That is not an error ..... 55% of the commission goes to you and 45% goes to the agent providing the service to the client . Stop receiving only 25% as the hardest job in the industry is acquiring the client. Once the client is committed to our brokerage than the amazing service starts and no buyer or seller will be disappointed.
